Can you use your Google Adsense on a couple of sites or YT channels? Or is it only one site or one channel per Google Adsense?

You can use your AdSense account on as many sites as you like. Google only allow you to have one account.

The whole banning still confuses me. I still don't understand what causes a person to be banned. Every time I have seen this mentioned it appears that persons are guessing on what might be the reason. Still I am glad the question was raised and it's always good to get answers from people who are actually involved and can speak from a position of experience. The several answers in connection with what adsense is helped me and maybe now I can make a decision about when is the right time to get an account if at all.

I don't understand all the reasons, but you must NEVER click on your own ads. I use an ad-blocker to prevent my computer from displaying AdSense when I visit my sites, thus ensuring that I never click my own ads by mistake. And NEVER ask your friends to click on your ads either. AdSense are looking for abnormal activity and too many clicks from the same people will definitely get you banned.

So true but with an expressly string attached; "in as many sites as long as ALL of those other sites abide by Adsense TOS"

So before adding your code, make sure you understand those terms and comply with them.

As for channels, I have used AdSense for around 10 years or so, and I have never understood what spending time in creating channels server for.

I've never used custom channels, but I have made a list of URL channels to monitor as I want to keep track of where the money is coming from. For instance I've started four blogs at BlogJob, and keeping track of their stats individually helps me to know which ones are worth persisting with. I also liked to know which categories I was earning from at WebAnswers, but now that the possibility of earning anything from that site seems to be over, I'll probably delete those URLs from the list.

There are times that Google is a bit vague when it comes to banning members. However, they do send you an email warning whenever you have violated their terms and conditions. You are also given 3 days at most in order to correct anything that has been in violation with their terms.

When is the right time to get an account? The right time is now! I've opened an Adsense account 3 years before I got approved. You can open an account now. It's free. Who knows? You might be needing it sooner than expected.

If you want to place advertisements on your blog/website, instead of contacting the individual website owners who would like to advertise, you can directly put the google adsense code on your website and it would automatically display the most relevant advertisements on your website.

You do not have to do any work in approaching the advertisers because that would be done by google on your behalf and thus making it easier for you to get the advertisers and monetize your website.

It seems strange that you would mention this like it was a secondary approach. That is what most people do. They use adsense directly on their own sites. Approaching other site owners opens a whole can of worms that you shouldn't mess with, like rules violations reflecting on you that could lead to a ban.

Google AdSense is the best advertising program, served by Google. The program is designed for website/blog publishers who want to get banner ads and text ads to be displayed on their website pages and make money through it. AdSense is the best way to monetize your blog and many of them are making 1000ís of dollars every month through it. Below are some important AdSense program policies:

1. Invalid Clicks
2. Requesting To Click On Ads
3. Duplicate Content

I'm using adsense on my youtube channel and for me it isn't very profitable. That's because I don't have much views on my video but I think you really have to be very popular in order to earn something on it.
