I had actually signed up for Humanatics and could log in but for some reason I could never access any jobs.  Needless to say I haven't logged back in since.  I will have to try it again though, because you're right.  Making something is better than nothing, especially if it's fun and you're having a good time doing it!  What other sites have you tried that are similar to Humantics that pay decent?

The only pro (as far as I am concerned) is that its opened to everyone and (I think it) pays via Pay Pal...which makes life a bit easy. Apart from that, I would classify everything else about it as "CONS"  ;D ;D.

I had signed up and when I realize that the task (which I would classify as a pro if they paid more) required so much and paid so little, I just stopped. Its a waste of my time and I need real money, even if I have to work long and hard for it...I just want to know that I am seeing more returns. At every stage and aspect in our lives, we have to make that decision as to what is worth it and what isn't (n terms of our time and our actions/doing).

I just logged in to check out who these folks are.  Humanatics is owned by a company called Century Interactive and they are based in Texas.  They seem to be a good company with lots of smart energetic young people working for them.  But business is business, the company needs an inexpensive contract labor force to digest the volume of work they have to process for their clients,  ans still be able to make a buck which is where humans like us come in.

PROS:
- near unlimited work during certain hours
- easy, requires little to no effort

CONS:
- poorly programmed website
- frustrating

I used to use the website quite a bit, but the cons ultimately caused me to leave. Whenever you go through certain actions that leave them thinking you're not doing the job right, they bring you to the "break room" and have you wait thirty seconds before continuing. The problem with this is that even after months of one hundred or near one hundred percent accuracy, they still do this to you. Also, if you get kicked to the break room twice in under one and a half minutes, you are told to stop refreshing so much and are made to wait sixty seconds before proceeding, even though they're the ones making you refresh the page.

At such little pay, these little forced breaks make it near impossible to reach your potential in terms of pay per hour.

Perfectly stated SamClemensMT ;). That is precisely what it is....It would have been a nice task/job if they just paid a bit more....the "cents" are bitter to the thought, I can only imagine the pockets  :D :D

After joining early early this year I just requested a $60.00 pay out. It tooks 100s of calls for tiny pennies with few open catigories, the calls flowed nice. 4 month,s later snowed in with much time to "review calls" many thousands of calls later 1 category is open for 4 cent most others still less than 2 cent. The calls no longer flow smoothly listen to a call, logged out, sign in break room, break over opps our severs don't like it when you refresh to soon. Does not matter how long I wait it frustrating; at this point more time is spent on logged out, on break, servers don't like, than making any money. the penalties are harsh can do 5 4 cent reviews 20 cent penalized for 3 lose 30 cent. I may not continue with this program much longer.

Wow, well done on reaching $60, even though it was after herculean effort on your part! Everything you mentioned is what I find demoralising about Humanatic. I's for those reasons that I no longer log in religiously, every single day. I've scaled it right down to about once a week, and even then I don't do it for over an hour. Otherwise I'd go crazy.

I joined in December, and have yet to reach payout. I'm still hovering somewhere around the $6.50 mark. I treat it more as a filler, and I'm that not bothered anymore about making money there because it's not that sort of site. I still don't get how some people seem to easily make between $10-30 a day on that site! OR maybe it's just a ploy to get people to keep working.

I've always found more cons than pros. It just seems to be a lot of effort for a little return. It's a decent enough concept but there have been faster ways for me to make money than Humantic. I'm sure some people are making good money with it, but that's not going to be me.

I'm this close to throwing the towel in on Humanatic, to be honest! I find it very soul destroying, and always find it hard to find the motivation to go on there! Like you, I find more cons than pros with it. I suppose the main pros are that it pays, it's legitimate, it's open to everyone the world over, and everyone's on a level playing field (you get paid at the same rate).

You could try to join Online ESL Tutor companies. They pay really good. For non-native English speakers, this will also enhance your English speaking skills. You'll get to teach different students from time to time so you'll have new acquaintances as well.

No, sorry I do not know much about this, but I would like to find out more information on humanatic pros and cons. I am sure you will find the info you are looking for from someone else. If not just look for it on the Internet.

I am having such a hard time actually making money with this company.  Every time I think I have money some gets taken from me or there are no calls to view even though it says there are thousands.  Maybe I'm doing something wrong

I have not yet tried working for Humanatic, but I have already been hearing good reviews about them. This is a great online oportunity, and once I get the chance, I would probably sign up with them as well.

I was seriously thinking about giving this job a try, but I think I'll stay away from it. Thanks for everyone's opinions about the site. Loved reading about the pros and the cons from everyone.

I remember trying to sign up with Humanatics but I can't remember if I got turned down or just haven't heard from them. It's a pity because I really wanted to try this site even if it has its pros and cons. I know lots of people complain about how little it pays, but really that little money adds up, for me anyway. How I wish I have been approved for this site.
