My favorite category is the English vs. Spanish because it's the easiest one, and it's the only one that I have constantly been able to keep at 100% since I joined. Other than that I really like the Dealership Appointment Outcome ones since they're relatively easy and I usually get them all right, and I like both the inbound and outbound live conversation calls as well.

What is your time zone? What time in your timezone you get plenty of English vs Spanish? I will try to convert that to my timezone

I have signed up (I think I has shared this before in a previous post on the topic) but closed my account (or did I just stop signing in, I am not even sure) ;D.

But lately I have been wondering, wondering if I should try it again :-\.

What is this "English to Spanish" of which you speak, is it merely requesting that we state whether the call was either English or Spanish?

Yup. It's as easy as dragging the dial to the end of the call and listening for 2 seconds.

It's a bit unfair to have it as a category given that we don't get paid for redirecting calls to the Spanish queue in other categories, but I guess there's a company who wants to know how many English/Spanish calls they're getting.

There never seem to be any available when I check. :(

I have a few 100% accuracy categories that I like, but I can't quite remember all of them as I've not been back since the festive season. I got fed up with it because I felt like my money was accumulating at a very slow pace. I think two of the categories I prefer are the "why calling" and "reason not connected" calls because they're easier and quicker. Oh my, the car dealership ones can be ever so long,I even end up zoning out! Humanatic is very hard work!!

Handled by Autosales is my highest paying category but I keep on trying this hard category to unlock more categories. I always get stuck at 80 percent because of damn penalties.

I've managed to unlock some of the higher paying 4c categories, but I tend to avoid them.  They require quite an intense amount of concentration, and the calls are very long.

I tend to stick to the lower paying categories, as you can whizz through them quickly and easily.  One of my favourites is the 'why calling' category, as it makes a change from the car dealerships!

The biggest CON with this site is that is extremely glitchy, it will log you out for no reason, break-room you to death, refresh your page for no reason, then there's the "grey bar of death" where the call comes up, but no call loads, which you have to refresh out of, which will then tell you have refreshed too quickly, then you have another interminable wait til you can get back to reviewing calls.
Not to mention the auditors, incorrectly auditing you and you have to defend and correct their choices.

The glitches are endless, but once you find your own rhythm, which is crucial, you can make humanatic work for you, provided you have about 3 or 4 other complementary things you can do at the same time, to make it worth your while.

I pretty much agree with this. The site is *very* glitchy and the timeouts are annoying. I wouldn't sit in front of it doing only that.

With regard to the auditing - you have to be VERY literal about your classifications. For instance, if the caller rings to discuss an appointment somebody at the destination has, this still gets filed as an appointment call even though the caller is not *making* an appointment. If somebody calls to ask about opening hours, this is a new appointment opportunity. With the call handled by - first name match is good enough.

I get what you mean WelshGirl, but I have had a few situations where I have randomly audited the auditors myself, and found them to be wrong. I mean, I made notes and really went to town to justify they were wrong and I was right, and had them back off and concede they were wrong! But of course with this being so time consuming and laborious, it's just not sustainable. Do they even put back the money they docked? IDK, but it's doubtful; I never noticed and didn't bother to check, it's just not worth it. On the rare occasion I log in these days I don't even bother checking, I just sign it off and keep moving. BUT the auditing is pretty poor!

I'm with you all the way, Rubydust. I'd much rather do easy, low paying calls than long winded convoluted ones that go on forever but pay a lot more. I'm not so hung up on earning shed loads, I just want to be sure the money's going in. It can be very demoralising to see money being docked, and your accuracy level decreasing before your eyes.

It is not the best but I make the least mistake on the category " handled by" There are three of them one is about automative and the other are dental and I forgot the third one. If I get the name of the agent right which they usually identify at the beginning then that would save me time

The best category so far that I have done is Car Wars Summary. But it's a bit time consuming. You listen to the car, choose various options like the time the person answered, inventory, was appointment schedule and then you do a summary of the call. Which means you really have to listen to most of the call. It pays up to .22 cent per call. The normal range is 18 cents. But if you can do at least 6 calls you will get over a dollar. So far I have $50 in my account but it took me a few months to get that. So I mainly use this site for extra cash. I try to do at least one hour a day when I'm not busy.
