I've been having a lot of difficulty logging into the blogs I'm registered through Postloop. I decided it wasn't worth my time to investigate, and I just cut the losses. I saved some of the blogs because I genuinely enjoyed reading them, but I'm not going to try to affiliate them through Postloop anymore because it was just becoming a burden more than an enjoyment.

So true. It's a shame that this hasn't been fixed. Sometimes, I stumble upon really great blogs through PostLoop. I have bookmarked some that I still read to this day. And this is what's great about PostLoop. Even without the monetary incentive, you still get to enjoy the different sites you find which you are genuinely interested in.

It seems the blogs just don't work as seamlessly as forum posting-

Do you have idea why? I don't really understand it because it's still posting, so what's the difference? Why is forum posting more seamless?

No, unfortunately I have no idea what the difference is. I wish that I did know, because it seems strange to me as well when the forums work so well....maybe it has something to do with the blog owners not being on top of things as well as the forum owners? I don't know, it's just speculation as to why, I just know that everyone seems to have trouble with the blogs.

I've had some problems too. Sometimes I think it's the blog itself. I'll be logged in on a site and there's nowhere that you can leave a comment and things like that! It makes it very difficult to say the least!

At first I never even noticed that there was a blog section, but when I noticed I tried a couple, but I was not convinced at all.

Chicklit says unlimited posts, but I have made 5, not on the same day, and none of them were ever approved by the moderator.  Writedge does not seem to load properly so I can't even find where a blog post is to read it and comment, and a couple others I subscribed to hardly EVER add new content for me to comment on.

Anyone have any tips?  Before I spend a lot of time signing up to a ton of blog, can anyone tell me which ones are worth my efforts?

Thanks for mentioning this about Chicklit. I was going to sign up for it, but there's not point if they don't approve the posts. I never have any problems with posting on Writedge other than they keep getting disabled. Most blogs are so slow in adding new content.  It makes it hard to contribute to the blog.

Although I can mostly comment on the postloop blogs, I'd rather not for now as I have less time to do it. Blogs take time to read and I only have the evenings to spare since I have a full-time day job.

I tried posting on chicklit as well, but there was a problem with moderator approval. I am still subscribed to FitnessB. I can't remember the problem I encountered with it. I think I couldn't get my comment posted through. I did not linger to find out what the matter was. I just moved on to the other forums.

I always stick to the forums on Post Loop because it seems so much easier that way. I don't exactly know what's going on with the blogs or how they work, but they've never really worked out for me.

I haven't tried any of the blogs yet, so thanks for the warning. I might investigate and try some though. I just wish that Post Loop had a bigger bank of forums. They really don't have much and the topics on many I can't relate to, like with substance abuse. I can't say anything in a such forum when I haven't a substance abuse problem.

I've tried the blogs in the past and found they're just not worth it. Even when you do find a way in which to comment on a blog oftentimes they still don't credit it to you. I enjoy the forums though and find it more interesting to see what a variety of people have to say. So, I can't complain about something I probably wouldn't get involved with anyway. Nevertheless, it's good to know that I'm not the only one having a problem as I used to think I was doing something wrong LOL

It seems like it's fairly easy to get registered with the blogs, I figured out how to do that, but then when I go back to them I need to log into them again, and many of the I can't seem to find the log in button or the page where I can do that.  So I can't post any new comments after like, 2 days, because I can't figure out how to log back in.  So silly and frustrating because some of them are active enough to be worth doing.

I got signed up for a couple of the blogs but I do not think I was credited for the comments I did as someone else said above.

Yeah, that has to be annoying. More, it takes way more time to make a comment on a blog, so that should be better paid than to post in a forum for example.

The blogs have way less points than the forums. I too found that the blogs are very tricky, and some don't even have an option for you to Log In/Register, so how are you supposed to comment if you can't find the Log In button?
Blog owners also tend to give much harsher ratings.

Not sure if my issue is the same but I find that a lot of the sites that I once had access to are either offline, has been disabled or just inactive. The majority of them are down at that second tier showing that you are not able to write any content there even though you are subscribed to them. The worst part about it all is the fact that they are some of the faves and I used to enjoy going to these sites and reading the comments and interests of others. I have some other great ones available here just the same, but it is always alarming when I look down there and see that there is a greater number at the bottom than at the top, if you know what I mean. None the less I will keep on doing what I can as long as I can until those other sites are back up. I will be ready and waiting for them when the emerge from hiatus.  :) :) :)
