Starting with Clickworker
« on: May 17, 2014, 01:05:33 AM »
To those who aren't using this site already, Clickworker is one of the best sites to make great money. I average around 15-20 dollars per hour, and you could make that without much focus or thinking. The tasks are extremely easy and they restock every week. This is seriously the best site I've used so far and even beats mturk because there are jobs available at all times. Make sure that you sign up for "UHRS web entry" because that is where you will most of your money.

This is a great site if you are a North American user or from certain European countries. But, Clickworker is not available for most Asian & African countries. Upon attempt, an error message pops up and simply states that "We are sorry, but registration as a Clickworker for your country of residence is not available at this time due to a lack of projects for your area."

Important Message: IF you are using Windows 8, you need to log off of your windows live account first. Then log into UHRS with your Cickworker live id.

I signed up with them about 3 years ago and they weren't very busy at all. I made a few dollars but I dropped it eventually. No complaints about it, but they were pretty dead back then. To this day I still get e-mails from them. I should go back if they're busy.

OK pfaemaster, I'd love to hear you more about clickworker because I've registered in the site months ago and I never got a cent from them. How exactly do you manage $20 per hour? What tasks to you perform?

Yeah I'd love to know too, even $10 an hour would be better than the 0 it is now...

I just made sure I updated all my skills, hobbies, and language abilities. This opened up some assessments I could take for proofreading, grammar and other skills. After making decent grades on these assessments, a bunch of jobs opened up for me. I have been doing these jobs that ask me to evaluate if a sentence or a word is correct. I just have to say: "correct" or describe how to correct it. Each of these HITS make me $.20. I also made sure to complete the assessments needed to allow access to the UHRS tasks. I've been going through each of the available jobs, and just picking and choosing the ones that are fast to complete and offer at least $.10 per HIT.

Hope this helps.

Ugh, the only Hits I have are these stupid ones about uploading a picture of things you clean outside, or Horse cleaning! I have finished all the assessment things, but I failed the one about imprints because I was careless. I'll just have to redo them later when I can.

I've recently started, and the money does seem to be coming in quite quick. The hits that pay little but go very quickly seem to be my best bet, but is this actually the case most of the time? Also can you very that payout actually occurs more often than not? I'm just a bit concerned about the 3 week wait time.

Thank you for the great tip, I am going to check them out. This is potentially the 2nd great tip I have found on this site. The other one was about Pinecone Research, which has been great! Now I am anxious to try out Clickworker.

I love Clickworker. I have been paid a few times with them. I have not done any of the assessment tests though so all I get are the .02 up to .09 HITS. Once in a while I will get a .25 HIT. I would love to make more so maybe I need to take the tests. I am just afraid that I will fail them. I seem to do terrible on the other sites similar to this one and end up not being able to make any money. Thanks for all the tips.

This is an extremely helpful thread. I signed on with them a couple of weeks ago and I filled out all my profile and made a little money. Right away they wanted to assess my grammar and authorship abilities. I got 100% in grammar but have been stalling on the authorship assessment. They want me to review a movie of my choice. I'm not generally a movie watcher but I do have a few favorites. So I dug out my DVD of my chosen movie and have not had time to watch it. So I still have not done that assessment. After reading this, I will be making a point of watching that movie this weekend. Thanks so much for the tips!
