I'm sure that the owner of BlogBourne is well aware of the failure of both Bubblews and other similar sites over the last couple of years. He seems to be trying to do all the right things because the payment system is based on the site's income, so he shouldn't find himself in a situation where he can't pay members what they're due. He's also trying to ensure that only suitable content is posted as new posts now have to be approved before they go online.

I just worry that the 'coins' members are earning will turn out to be worth a lot less than anyone expects. Although I've joined the site, I'm not sure how much I'm going to contribute there because my time may be better spent working on my own blog.

I am on a site called Blogbourne. It accepts 200 words post and is similar to Bubblews and Blogjob. This new site has point system which is similar to Blogjob and pays for like, view and comments similar to Bubblews. However, it is unknown whether the site is good or not. Whether it will actually pay or not. It is very new.

Ever since I've heard about BlogBourne, I have been trying to check back on it every once in awhile as a way of observing how it goes. So far, I've noticed that there are still some constant changes going on in the site. Maybe this is the owner's way of determining what will work best for the new site. I'm keeping my hopes high on it though and I'm not closing my doors to the possibility of joining and creating some posts on it one of these days.

There is a danger inherent on  putting all your eggs in one basket especially when it comes to online work. One should keep exploring for new opportunities and spreading the risk. I know of this site called Blogjob but it seems not to be admitting new entrants. There is also a similar site to Bubblews called MyKites which I have just signed up with on blog commenting and writing short blogs and it looks promising.

It's not just a case of BlogJob not admitting new entrants. They've suspended their rewards program, so those of us who have been members for some time aren't getting paid any more either, though we can still earn through placing our own ads. As things stand it's better to blog through a free program like Blogger as the earning position is the same and the future of Blogger is much more certain.

Earning systems like the one used by Bubblews really aren't sustainable unless the rates they pay much, much less.

I once tried to earn money by placing ads on my free Blogger account. Ayuwage has a sister company that sells ads and pays bloggers a cent or two for every unique view. Blogger, however, quickly removed my free blog account because of the ads. What I did was to find free hosting companies. I think it was 000webhost.com and Weebly. I did write a few articles, placed some banners, and made a little money out of the views. I had quite a lot of them as I asked friends on FB to click on ads. This did not last however, because I was banned by Ayuwage allegedly for referring myself. In reality, I referred my neighbor who probably had the same IP address. Anyway, this sounds like a better way to earn from your writing efforts than relying on sites like Bubblews or MyLot. If I had enough time, I'll try this again.

I am on a site similar to Bubblews. You will have to write 200 words post and earn from visit. You will be paid $5 for 1000 visits which is half cent for one visit. The site is called Tinycent and I have been paid twice by the site. You will receive payments in 1 or 2 weeks.

Quite frankly, I doubt very much we'll ever see anything quite as lucrative as Bubblews as we've now heard the model was heavily flawed and not very sustainable.

I agree here.  It seems like we all just got a little bit lucky here, and we were a part of a business or industry that was not sure if it was sustainable or not, and it turns out it was not.  I remember having some of those feelings when I was getting pretty good money from there, and of course it was only a matter of time.  I do not think we will see anything like it again, which is a shame, but not really a surprise.

I joined bubbles and wrote a few posts, but I quickly realized that it wasn't about the content that was written or the effort that was put in. On this site, you could only make money by how many people read and liked your posts. It was more of a social thing. I found (after just a couple of days) that I was spending more time reading others' posts and trying to connect than I was actually writing content myself! I'd much rather invest my time elsewhere.

For the most part that was true, but there were exceptions. My most successful post at Bubblews got over 2000 views in one day and most of them came from non-members because I wrote about something that just happened to be trending at the time. I think I'd have been able to earn a lot more there by writing quality content if I'd known how to promote my posts properly. Unfortunately I didn't, so like most I had to make do with what I could earn by socialising.

There will be no sites like Bubblews. When Bubbles was working fine, I used to earn $300-400 every month. Yes, I received the payment. Bubblews payment system was bases in like, comment and view system. You earned one cent each for like, comment and view. If you have a large following base, you could easily make $4-5 from one post. After Bubblews went down, many sites similar to Bubblews appeared, however, none of them survived. The last time I joined a site similar to Bubblews was called Tiny cent. I was abvle to withdraw twice ($40 in total), but my third attempt of withdrawing went in vain. The site was shut down.
