Clickworker minimum payout
« on: April 01, 2015, 06:34:38 PM »
I've signed up to Clickworker, passed all the tests etc. but one piece of information eludes me. What's the minimum withdrawal amount?

Granted, it's been a very long day in front of the computer and I probably can't see for looking, if you know what I mean.

Whislt I'm on the subject, how long does it usually take to reach the minimum? Is it quite quick and easy or does it solely depend on how many jobs are available?

I can't help you with minimum payout, unfortunately (as I've never done Cilckworkers). But, I do believe you'd be able to reach minimum payout at different rates depending on the number of HITs available and what they're worth. That's probably a given, though.

The minimum payout amount is $10, and most workers are going to take a decent amount of time to reach that figure. Some people can do it within a day or two, but others are going to take a week or longer. It really depends upon how often you work and how fast you can work. Each person is different, so you'll have to work a few days to figure out what pace works for you. $10 is a fairly low payment threshold compared to other sites you can work for at least.

It's also worth mentioning that payments takes 3 weeks to be processed, if you are working with UHRS. I believe they do this to avoid frauds and whatnot.

A timeline of sorts:
1. You work on UHRS through Clickworker from Monday to Saturday earning, for example, 10$
2. Each sunday UHRS sends reports to Clickworker, transferring your earnings from UHRS's marketplace to Clickworker (also worth mentioning, Clickworker pays in euros, so they convert the dollars earned)
3. Now you have an account balance for Clickworker (x euro equivalent to your 10$)
4. 3 Weeks later you are paid. However Clickwoker usually pays on Wednesdays, so in reality it might take a couple more days.

A picture is worth a thousand words, they say...

Notice how these earnings are from work done from jun 6th to 13th and that they were added to my Clickworker balance on Jun 12th (a Sunday). 4th of July is when I'm getting paid, 3 weeks later.

I am noticing every week they update my balance on Clickworker. I am up to 50.77 now but still unsure when I might be paid. All work was on URHS so I guess that can take 3 weeks but I wonder if it will take longer since they keep updating my amount.

I am glad someone has answered your question, and I know exactly what you meant about sitting in front of the computer too long, and then you can't barely see anything anymore :) This is me by 9:00 PM. I have to shut down and hit the bed.

It doesn't take longer, 3 weeks after an amount is added to your CW balance, you get paid. You can check your balance to see when your payments are due. There's a "payable on" row, which is accurate. When more funds are added, the pay dates for older entries in your balance are not changed, but those new funds will only be payable 3 weeks later as well.

Hmm thanks for explaining that. I should be getting paid soon then. The payable is showing 0 dollars and there are no invoices yet just my updated balance. I don't mind the wait but the money could be handy now so its making me inpatient I guess.

Invoices are added only when the payment happens, as far as I know. I got paid earlier today (for work done a while ago, of course). Have you received your first payment already? And yes, the wait can be disheartening at times.

Three weeks seems a rather long time to wait for the money to be processed! I can understand maybe at the beginning, but surely the longer you work there it should all level off so that at any one time you're working towards cashing out $10, rather than accumulating up to $50 before you get paid? That would make me wary.

It's not the best in terms of processing period but I've come to expect it. And given that I made $60 in one day on one of the jobs (the first and last time that ever happened), it's not the best set up. Overall I think I built up about $100 that time before I was able to cash out.

But since joining the site late last year there hasn't been any problem cashing out for me.

There is nothing available for me before and when I check this post I got reminded to visit the site and I found two opportunities. I took the quiz and now I am categorizing fashion products that will be 1 cent per correct task I wonder how long it will take me to reach the cash out

I signed up over two years ago and have not made $1 at least since. Jobs are very scarce and whenever any comes across, it may just cents.

While I didn't cancel my account, I'm not longer wasting my time here.

Three weeks does seem a little long but if they do pay up I wouldn't mind waiting that long. I would like to join and give it a shot. Doesn't hurt to try. I have been reading about all these cool sites you guys are posting about and I think it is so exciting. I have been doing surveys for years but never really got into others way of making extra money. I work now and find it hard to make time for this sort of thing but it really is something I love doing. I like to have that extra money to fall back on.

I wonder what other tasks are you guys doing on this site because I seldom see some available for me. Maybe people from other parts of the globe are provided with better tasks. I was already banned from working on the fashion categorization because they said I made a few mistakes which I did not believe myself. It was just a plain simple categorization.
