Why calling category suddenly gets hard.

Suddenly I am receiving calls that are confusing to review, this use to be an easy category but now there are calls that I dont know how to categorize:

"Customer: Hi I am not here for an appointment but I want my car painted and have my oil changed"

I kept on receiving calls of customers saying they dont want an appointment but the way they talk seemed like they wanted an appointment.

Just come straight out and politely ask them what exactly do they want. To get an oil change and car painted will need an appointment. I think they want to just drop off their car and leave it to get done without an appointment.

I always get those and no matter what they dock me for them. I fight them every time though. If they don't like my perspective on the call they need to be more clear in their rules.  >:( They frustrate me to no end most of the time.

I get calls I don't know how to categorize all the time. Now instead of guessing and getting dinged for a wrong answer I close the call without answering it. I'd rather sit and wait a couple of seconds to refresh my calls than lose money with a wrong answer.
