Favorite money making app
« on: July 02, 2015, 03:33:35 PM »
I have a couple of apps that I like using to make money. The first one would have to be AppTrailers. It's a good app and all you have to do is watch some music videos. The only downside to the app is that sometimes they won't pay you for watching the apps. So, you want to make sure that you see an ad before the video you're watching. Another app that I like is Survey OnTheGo. It's a good way to make fast money. The only downside is that you don't always have survey's to take. And I'm also thinking about trying out the Perk TV app. I have heard people say that they make good money from that. So, what is your favorite money making apps?

I tried the Perk TV app but it seemed to take a very long time to get anywhere which was rather annoying. I hear most people have a "farm" setup where up to 4 phones are running the app and that works for them. I use AppTrailers too and its decent. I also downloaded the Swagbucks TV app to see if it helps my points any. I can leave it running during idle times. I can't find this Survey On The Go you mentioned. Is it only for Iphone users?

I haven't tried SurveysontheGo.  I am hesitant with all survey sites because I have about a 99% failure rate at qualifying for surveys.  How is this working for you?  I would try it if it was something more like Tellwut used to be where you answer polls and don't have to worry about qualifying or not.  Though, if it's like Tellwut is now where it's going to take a year to make cashout, forget it.

I use all the Swagbucks apps and am very happy with them.  I have had really good success making about 66 swagbucks per day off them, or 66 cents faithfully rolling in for almost zero effort or time on my part.  Totally worth it to me.  I'm using an old ipod I no longer use for listening to music since I now have an iphone, so I am not worried about ruining my device by running all these videos.

Other than that, I do use Perk, but it's a snail.  I also do mPoints, which is very successful, I get about $1 a day towards gift cards from it.

It is definitely a close race for the first spot, but at the moment, I would have to say that PerkTV is my favorite.  I use a few other apps to earn, but there is nothing easier to do than to watch videos and accumulate to redeem for cash.  Yes, it does take time to build up the points, but due to the mere simplicity of the app, I cannot even complain.  Besides, I aiming for one of the bigger prizes.

I like apptrailers simply because it's passive. The income isn't much, but for the amount of work you put into it, it's pretty good.

I don't use money-yielding apps on my smartphone, except for the occasional iBotta rebate. The payouts are meager, and you're essentially earning pennies per hour, so I'm not going to waste my 3G/4G or WiFi bandwidth on such endeavors. In fact, I bet you wind up paying more in WiFi or mobile data usage than you earn back with these apps over time, if you really take the time to calculate things out.

App Trailers rewards users for watching 30-second overviews of apps.Won't get rich overnight but still i get paid right.
Gigwalk,is quite similar to field agent for checking product inventory levels at area stores.

I loved featurepoints, but I ended up somehow getting banned from that.

I really only use one app and that is Receipt Hog. It is really easy to take photos of my receipts and upload them for points. I do a lot of other online work from my phone, but do not have dedicated apps for doing it.

Are the apps you mentioned international? As in, can someone not from the US or Canada use them and make money through their smartphone? Also, are those apps Android or iOS only?

I use FeaturePoints, and I love it. I've cashed out three times for gift cards, and I end up coming across some great games to play as well. :)

I would like to add ShopKick app where you can collect points by visiting stores, and scanned the products list that they have for you. I am currently using it, and I just collect points when I go to the stores, not scanning since it took so much time looking for different products in the store.

Every money making app I have on my phone is my favorite. The reason why is that they all, combined, make me enough every week to fill my gas tank up, buy at least $50 in groceries AND lets me take my family out to do a little something. Every week my kids look forward to going out to eat, their choice, along with doing something fun. Some weeks we go to the craft store and buy stuff to make a craft as a family. I spend very little time on my apps yet I make out great. I have unlimited talk, text & data through Straighttalk so my phone isn't being ruined in the process. Who else can buy gum for $1.02 and get that $1.02 right back via an app? I can!!

The only money making app I have on my phone right now is App Trailers, but honestly it hasn't been very successful for me. A lot of times when I watch the videos, it doesn't credit to my balance - so it ends up just being a time and bandwidth waster.

I probably should look into what other options are out there in terms of apps - it's nice to earn a few dollars when I'm on the go waiting for appointments or things like that!

I love my money making apps!! The first one that I have is Adme. It simply plays ads every time you lock your phone and you have to click out of them. I have had the app for about a week and have already mad $4.96. The next app that I enjoy is slide joy. You use this app as your lock screen and it makes you money. The next app I recently found is voxpopme. This app is where you record yourself for about fifteen seconds on the subject they want and you can make anywhere from 40 cents to 75. Finally the last app is Receipt Pal. This app is where you take a picture of your receipts and accumulated points, and then turn those points into rewards.
