I keep getting review errors

I have only worked for Humanatic for a short time, so I am pretty new and confused. I have only worked on a few inbound/outbound tasks, and have received 3 errors.

The review asks if you accept the error or not. If not, you can write a response of your reason. I did that with an error, so when or how do you find out if they accepted your response? Do you get a message or email?

Humanatic seems to be a scam site, so you may find yourself receiving error notifications even if there is no error in the your call classification or the audio you are listening to.

I would stop wasting my time with this company because you may end up finding that for every dollar you earn, they deduct 90 cents as "penalty" for errors doing your work even if you did none.

After their auditors had reviewed your dispute, they will make a comment on that specific call where you made your explanation. The next time you login on the site you will automatically be directed to that screen to see the comments. There is also a URL where you can check all previous disputes that you had.

I gave up on Humantic, after they were really talked up on a blog I read, I was excited to try it. It started off well, and I easily made 5.00...but then my quality was dropping, and I never made any other money! plus, they kept running out of work, so I decided it was not worth my time. I seem to find that with many sites unfortunately. :'(

I am getting quite a few review errors too and am also new there. When I listen to the call I don't always agree. A few times I have disputed it, but it seems like it is a little subjective. This is pretty frustrating given the extremely low pay. I'm not sure this site is worth sticking with despite how I've seen it talked up.

Humanatic to me is the biggest con out then LOL -and we've all bought into it. So it's really a win-win situation for them. I sussed them out within a very short time of being there, because I started being very eagle eyed and checking every single call I was meant to have made an error on, almost always found the auditors were in the wrong and decided the site was just a farce and left. Plus is beyond BORING anyway.

Yes, when I was willing to invest time and energy into this site I also used to get review errors. I couldn't understand why either and I couldn't be bothered to challenge, but I guess it's their prerogative.

In the end I did get tired of the whole process. I seemed to be putting in a lot of effort for very little in return. I'm sure some people are doing ok out of the site though.

I'm not being funny , but you may find out of those 3, only one, if any was wrong. I have talked about this in the past, and I know for a fact that I'm not the only one. Humanatic auditors have this nasty habit of cheating people out of their earnings. I honestly don't know if it's by design or if they're simply incompetent. I didn't try to suss it out, I simply walked away from the whole sorry mess. I was appalled to find that a lot of the calls I was marked down on, were actually the correct answers. I never even knew if they did reimburse me the money once we'd established I was right all along and they'd blundered. It was just too much work for me.
