Leap force Exam
« on: December 15, 2015, 03:34:10 PM »
I'm beating a dead horse but why can't they tell you what exactly you need to improve on? I got through the first two parts of the exam with relative ease, then waited to hear back on the third part. I felt confident that I had followed the examples well and would pass. Then I got my results back four days later and it said maybe I wasn't a good fit for this type of work but I could take the test again. Wtf.

I agree. The same happened to me on Leap Force and another similar site. I just do not understand why I didnt' make it to the next stage and they don't seem to want to tell me. It is very frustrating.

Right?! How can I improve and become a good worker if I'm not getting feedback? Why let me take the test again if I don't feel like I did it incorrectly? From what I've read from people who actually work there, they seem treat you the same way about your work. They cultivate fear among their workforce.  >:( I'm just so annoyed! Grr...

Sorry to hear this and I can feel your frustration! It is hard to know what or where we could improve when there is no feed back. Same thing with PL rating! Sometimes you get a low rating and you don't understand what you did wrong or how you can improve.

I think you should move on and find another venue since it sounds like a pick and choose who they want to hire! Not an equal opportunity!

I had the very same thing happen to me. I was extremely confident that I had passed their exam, yet a few days later received their heartbreaking email that I was not a fit. At first, I was blown away and frustrated that they did not explain why, but I quickly came to discover that perhaps I would not enjoy working for a company who does not offer some feedback positive or negative. If you would like to evaluate websites for extra cash try Usertesting. Although, the work is not constant, it pays $10 on the evaluations you do complete and pay within 7 days. I have not had any problems with this company and they have an app for your phone so you have two chances to earn money.
