Is Anything On Par With Pinecone?
« on: January 25, 2016, 06:50:07 PM »
I have been through so many survey places over the years and I generally end up ditching them after a while... I just lose interest because of the long surveys for very few pennies.  If they are decent places, they don't seem to send many surveys out.

Is there another survey site comparable to Pinecone?   Through it all, they are really the only place that not only stays consistent, but pays a decent amount per survey and that seems to be very rare now.

I do realize that Pinecone is very difficult to get into, but I'd like to hear about others even if acceptance isn't easy.

I have almost given up on surveys on rewards sites I find they are to hard to get into and some sites just don't send out many invites. I really like Mintvine but I don't always get into their surveys. The good part though is Mintvine will sometimes give you 5 points or 25 points for trying that is worth 5-25 cents and takes less than a minute to qualify. They also have a daily poll that is 5 points a day. I still use Mintvine though lately I have had trouble getting into surveys but I like it. I also like Prolific Academic because they pay in GBP so it is a nice conversion from GPB to CAD. They can take a while to get payout but worth it checking daily.

I ditched all survey sites and recently signed up for YourWorld, whereas you earn 10 cents for any survey you take regardless of qualification. The cash out threshold is $5 dollars gift card, no PayPal option! They sent the survey to your email, and it is not frequent; it could be one per day, or 2 every 2-3 days.

It is not a faster earner by any mean. I could take a month to get to cash out, and have cashed out twice.

I've found the same for the most part, WorkAtHomeGal... I've given up so many of them. The only two I've stayed with are Pinecone at $3 per survey no matter what (they were coming fast and furious around Christmas, then slower for two weeks and now picking up again)  and TellWut which is just plain fun.  I don't get cash there... it's gift cards but I get WalMart cards, and WalMart is where I get my groceries, so it's just as good as cash because it buys the food for the family.

One thing that will make me leave a survey site faster than anything is a survey that gets too long... I may do a 20 minute one if the pay is decent, but 15 is usually my limit and I prefer shorter than 15.

I don't think there is any survey site that is as good as Pinecone, but there are a couple that are decent. I like Opinion Square because the surveys are short...and LiveWire and Esearch sometimes have lucrative surveys but you have to wait a long time to get paid. Most of the other ones I have participated on in the past I have given up on for one reason or another..I can think of better ways to spend my time.

Thanks, Kgord... I haven't heard of Opinion Square before now... or if I have, I didn't make note of it or check it out.

Short surveys... now that's always a good thing.   :D   Does Opinion Square pay with cash... or points for gift cards?   And if gift cards, are there any major ones offered?
