Switching Companies on Needle
« on: March 08, 2016, 04:10:31 AM »
Does anyone know how to change the companies you would like to work for on Needle?
I made my account a few months ago and took the basic certification tests. I passed and now I only have the option of getting the Coach certification. I had selected to Needle for Coach when I first made my profile. Now I'm changing my mind and would like to go back to select a different company, however they changed their website recently and I can't find my way around.
Do I have to make a whole new account in order to try with a different company? I don't want to start from the beginning all over again after taking the certification tests.

I am not able to answer your question here, as I have not heard of this company. I commented on this thread because I want to bring it back up on the board so someone might be able to answer you!

I am curious now and will look up this company :)

Thank you! :) I actually found it while watching YouTube videos. Someone was doing a review of it. They made it look so simple, but it actually is difficult to start out with... For me anyway.
Its definitely something to look into, especially if you like talking to people and helping them find the perfect product. Its basically all customer support. As far as I know you don't have to have a phone in order to work there too, which is great considering most customer support jobs make phone conversations a requirement.
