I'm doing much better at selling my freelance skills to past colleagues, picking up a few odd jobs, and selling my artwork than I have been doing at making money on other people's sites lately. Nowadays I only do work for other webmasters if I think it's genuinely fun or a learning opportunity for me. It's sad but it's just not enough to pay any bills for me but I'm happy to keep busy if I'm learning and there's a bit of incentive. Thankfully there are a lot of opportunities in the world!

My biggest positive is that I have found some adult-oriented websites to sell short customized erotic stories that pay pretty well. Some of the clients are...not the easiest to talk to...and I have found that I can be a little surprised/shocked by the requests sometimes. The pay makes up for it. Because it's creative work, minimal research is needed and they're not excessively picky about editing. My erotica short stories posted on one of the free sites have also been getting good reviews/ratings and drawing in additional clients who want custom stories written.

My positive thing lately is that I am able to somewhat find inspiration to blog again after a year and a half of being doormat. I love to take picture of nature but that was gone too, now I find joy again in just shooting birds, flowers, and sky.

Some positives I have found lately is the amount of time I have to invest in my children.  I have two girls and a little boy who needs much attention and guidance and I do not think I would be able to do this if I worked a traditional job.  I love this way just fine, and it works out for my family very well.  Very thankful for these types of opportunities.

Can you share the name of the company that has you answer product questions? I love doing product testing, and have had many sent to me through Pinecone Research. As for free writing, yes, unfortunately that happens. I submitted a short story many years ago and the only person that accepted was a free site. You have to start somewhere, right?

It's a place called brandhook, but I got the invite as a result of being part of a survey site called pureprofile. Hope that helps!

The best I get working from home is the money obviously. I have a full time job so it's an extra that helps me balance my finances and live a little better.

The main positive for me lately has been the fact that I'm able to do some writing through BlogJob, something I've wanted to do for quite a while. It took me ages to find the right site for me for writing, because the ones I initially joined (and there were quite a good number of them) just didn't work out at all.

Other than that, I feel as it I'm stagnating a bit because I'm not able to search for any new opportunities, and just can't spare much time for any more online work because of my offline commitments.

I'm glad you had your articles published, even if you won't get money it for them will help you in the long run.
As for me, I managed to get a couple of new clients in the last week and I'm writing articles for them. Besides, this site is gold mine and I'm applying to all the job positions available, I'm trying to try out different online jobs so I can be able to choose what best suits me and weed out the time-wasting sites. I'm just getting started but I'm really confident I will manage to earn more in the future!

The biggest like of working from home is the fact I can be close to my family and help out. Meaning, I can be with the kids and the wife, and still earn some extra cash, while if I had to get a second job that would be impossible.

The positive would be the increased money on Postloop.  Note, on TheForumWheel it was difficult to earn more than 1 dollar a day, but Postloop's average can easily be 5 dollars a day and there might be the chance more forums could join.  However, though, there is always the threat of too many workers.  In that case, the only safety is knowing more about a subject than others.
