CopyShoppy?
« on: April 23, 2016, 09:20:13 PM »
I saw an ad for You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login and went to check out the site. It looks like there are (free) contests and you offer suggestions for things like business names, taglines, website addresses. It starts with a qualifying round, then a final round, and then the one who writes the winning name or whatever gets paid. The payment amounts seem decent but there's no guarantee that your suggestion will be picked.

Has anyone tried this site that would like to offer a review?

I could do this and enjoy it very much, but with no incentive I will be wasting my time then. I don't have enough time to give out free, haha :)

Thanks for sharing anyway, someone might do it just for fun!

I have not but I tried a similar site one time. Maybe it is run by the same people. It was called Name something. It was the same sort of premise. The site was kind of fun, but I never made a dime from it, as you were in competition with all of these other people to come up with the name, tagline or whatever. Plus if any part of the title or description had been used before you could not use it, so it a bit frustrating.

I have never heard of the site. I agree, it does sound as if it could be fun, especially for those with a creative bent, who enjoy a little competition. I have to focus my time on those opportunities with guaranteed payment for services rendered, so I won't pursue it, but I might have in the past, when money wasn't so scarce, and I had more time for fun activities.
