That sounds more reasonable really bala, 5 times warning is good enough, just one wrong click would be too harsh. What did they tell you after you clicked there bala?
From the help section:

I accidentally clicked my own ads. In fact i was trying to copy the URL to put it to the blocked ads

Although publishers are not permitted to click their own ads for any reason, we do understand that accidental clicks may occur. We therefore do not require that you contact us every time you click your ads. Rest assured that your account is being properly credited for all clicks and impressions we consider to be valid.

I haven't seen anyone getting their disabled for such a minor mistake.
If you want write back to them, they retract it sometimes, you might be once lucky..:P

I read an article some time ago about adsense which said that adsense accounts will no longer be banned they will be temporarily blocked until the issue regarding the clicks is not solved. I read it at more than one places so I guess you don't need to get to scared.

Adsense is not how it used to be. So many competitors nowadays that its hard to make a $1 a day if your lucky. i dont use adsense anymore. im doing CPA marketing which better and the rewards are much better. the only problem you may have with cpa marketing is targeting and choosing the right niche. it takes alot of trial and error but in the end it pays off.

So CPA marketing does work after all huh? A good friend of mine is into this gig badly and he is awesomely psyched about it but am yet to hear him say he has broken bank, he's really urging me to step inside and see a world full of treasure but am fifty-fifty  :-\

Actually i am not the one scared here..:P
Oh yes they do temporarily block it if they suspect something with your account.
In most cases they never will resolve it.It happened to a friend of mine who owns a YT channel.

Thanks for sharing this monk3y, in fact it's reassuring, a company like Google putting such restrictive guidelines really made no sense, this is something other and those interested can work with more confidence.

I have several blogs connected to adsense, but I gave up on them as it seemed like too much work. I am thinking of getting back into them again and really putting in some effort. If you are banned by Google, there are several other ad types that you can use to monetize your site.

About 5 years ago I was making on average around $2-$5 a day with google adsense which was pretty good considering it was completely residual.. This was at hubpages over about 80 articles roughly half of them were quality content the rest really weren't too flash. Although I don't actively use hubpages and adsense anymore I still have an account of which struggles to make a few cents a day..  I'd like to know does anyone still earn with adsense, is it worth it anymore??

The truth is that I never fully understood it. I gathered more information on it about people rigging clicks than the actual program and how it works. And what's also true is that I never once clicked on an adsense ad, or if I did, then it was no more than a few times in my cyber life which is about 14 years now, and I think that the same thing is true with most people. I don't think that many people click on the ads either. Adsense seems to be no more than eye candy to make websites appear active and exciting to visit.

I used to have a Google Adsense account but never really earned from it.
Back before it was so easy to have an Adsense account and I just have blogs that I seldom update. When I decided to get busy with my blogs to try earn some views and revenues, Google banned my Adsense account saying there were things I have done against their rules. I emailed back to ask what it was specifically but never receive a response. I just gave up that site as I think it will be harder now to earn on page views not unless you really have a high traffic page.

The more I read about Adsense, the more I think it's a scam, I don't know a single person that has made any sort of money with it.

Earning with Google AdSense requires a decent traffic flow to the blog or websites to be profitable.  It is not easy to get substantial traffic flow and subscribers click the advertisement for a site.  It is hard earning for me as my marketing skill is not good enough.

Yep, it's not a scam, but it's not for everyone. With a decent traffic we can make a few hundred dollars per year, so it's not much work, but the income is low as well.

I considered doing Hub Pages a while ago. Then I read through all the requirement to get published and approved.  I thought, you know what there must be a better way.  So, I started writing e-books for the kindle.  At least this way, if they close tomorrow my work will still be owned by me and I can sell it on some other platform.  If Hub Pages goes out of business, I'd have to start over again from scratch.

There are still people that make a decent amount with adsense, and then there are those that have fell off a lot with it.
Since a lot more networks jumped up to compete with google (and the downright shady stuff I have heard about what google does in deactivating accounts) a lot less people use the program.
Now I mainly use my adsense for my youtube channels and it just creeps by which I don't really care too much because I never really was making a significant amount with it in the first place. So when it reaches the threshold (which it has only done twice) its a nice little surprise.

I also have a Hubpages account and a blog which are linked to Google AdSense, and to tell you honestly, I barely earn anything from it at all. For me, it isn't worthy anymore, but hey, a few cents or a dollar a day would not be so bad.

I have an adsense account and several blogs, but not reaching payout for so many years is demotivating. However, I have never truly had the time to work at it, and see whether I can do better. I agree that adsense takes a lot of hard work.

I normally write a mail to them, tell them the IP address i clicked from and they replied,no problem, kindly ensure it doesn't happen.
Once you are into adsense, you really can work your way around to some good earning every month. Its all about getting in.
