Do you recommend Clickworker?
« on: May 26, 2014, 01:15:45 AM »
Honestly, I remember trying it out when I was relatively new to the "work from home" community, and thinking "Dear lord, why would anyone do this", but I never actually figured out What It Was.

So if someone felt like posting their experiences (more than the typical 'I just started working there!' stuff), I think that would be awesome. Then maybe I'll give it a second look.

So, long post short, do you actually recommend it?

I use a click worker site, but the work is not very rewarding and is quite time consuming. I'll let you know if it improves!

I've always heard that the pay to work ration on ClickWorker is better than most places but that it has a nasty reputation for deleting accounts without notice and unresponsive technical help. It's probably worth a shot if you don't want to use mechanical turk for some reason but be wary.

Well I have only started recently, so I can only give quite a limited view, but I'll definitely give it a go. I started a few days ago and I was a bit put off that it does take a while to start earning. There are a few assessments you have to do before you can start working. After this though, it does seem to make quite a bit of money.
The only thing I am worried about is that it takes 3 weeks for the money to go from your account on UHRS (the site where you will do most of your work) to your Clickworker account where you can actually redeem it. If you can get someone else to verify that payout happens, then I'd say go for it.

I have tried but I quit after a while. I never made a cash out :( the amount of tasks to do was limited and to be able to do task that pays higher, I needed to have completed a certain amount of tasks which I never reached because of the limitation.

Personally, I don't really recommend this site.

I have heard of click worker before and was inquisitive about their program.I think when I signed up they said they would email when there were work assignments for me. They never have. Maybe I misread something though.I considered that it was a waste of time with them.

I wouldn't recommend clickworker. It's one of those sites that hardly ever have any work. Should there be any then probably you'd be working for nothing because the chances of making enough to  withdraw your cash are very remote [since the projects are few and it can take months to see any new ones].

If you can, avoid clickworker like the plague.

I've used clickworker for a few months now and I've made quite a bit of money but it seems like it's slowed down now with the jobs and it's hard to get any work. Disappointing but I guess if you're willing to wait, and give it some time, then I would recommend it. It's fun to do every now and again and can be rewarding if you happen to come across one of the better paying jobs before they run out.

I have been with Click-worker for about a year now, and I totally hate it. I used to like the fact that they paid once a week, but since I passed my latest assessment to get to where the real money is, it takes way to long to get paid. The work is very inconsistent and the paydays vary depending on what the task is you've performed. I really prefer Mturk over Micro workers. With Mturk, I get paid just about everyday.

I signed up for Clickworker about a year ago and haven't had much luck at making a decent chunk of money.  From the reading material listed above, nobody has had much luck either.  Everytime I logged in, there wasn't a whole lot of jobs to do and if there was, they were quite time consuming.  Maybe things have changed, since I haven't logged on in awhile.  Has anyone had consistent generated income?

When I signed up, there was no work for me to do at all.  I have since not been able to log back in due to the login page never fully loading after I hit log in.  I saw a recommendation to use chrome browser, but I don't care for chrome very much so I am hesitant to bother getting chrome for a site that may never have work for me anyway.  Should I just forget about it or is it really worth the effort?

I registered today and deactivated my account today! I did not like it at all, but everyone is different.

I've been with it for a few weeks now and it's been inconsistent for me. I had a flurry of jobs early on, some mind numbing, some reasonably bearable. And I was making a reasonable rate out of them. But then they threw up jobs that I either couldn't do or really didn't want to. Since then they jobs have dried up. I'll stick with it for now but it's always worth keeping all your options open.

Yes, I recommend this site, they pay, it takes like a month or two but at the end they pay. But there isn't too much job to do, I make all my money there in just one day in a month, the others there was nothing to do on the site xS
