This is my insight on Needles
« on: April 14, 2017, 01:26:23 PM »
:-X I have been with Needles for a while.
Three going on Four years, and I never did a task for them.
For some reason they never had a job because they reserve tasks for those who has been with them for a very long time.

That is why it is better to go with
someone else.
It to me was a waste of  time; I mean I took all those test and never receive a "Thank You for applying" I sign in and the brand I supposedly work for never offer a task.
???

That sounds very peculiar for a task site.
I've had no-task problems with various task sites but it was never complete drought.

I saw some reviews on the site and they say that the management has a complete disregard on the site. Something about marketing it as a hobby-site but with sales and quotas...slavework in other words.

One really disturbing thing with their reviews was that even people who get tasks all the time rarely get paid, being served a "money is not a motivation" kind of narrative.

I'll say, good riddance!

You're doing the right thing by moving on.

"money is not a motivation"  :-\

Always seems to be spoken by those that have money.  I don't know what hemisphere of the earth they are living in, but where most of us come from, food, shelter, clothes, etc, etc are very strong money motivators.  Why are people so willing to have others do "work" for absolutely free?  I realize when you have money, your try to hold on to it, but if you can't pay fairly for work rendered, then why are you wasting other's time.
