Bitcoin mining scam
« on: June 06, 2017, 04:27:57 AM »
have you invested in any bitcoin mining programs? What is your experience like? Couple of weeks ago, I invested $150 in a bitcoin mining program called SplitIt Mining. Before I would withdraw any month, the site went offline. When it went offline I thought it was in maintenance mode. However, when the site was not available for a week, I understood that I was scammed?

Unfortunately yes a lot of them are scams. I was once in a bitcoin mining group where what they do is they invest in a newly developed bitcoin mining website, because apparently those initial investors will get their pays, but once more investors are coming in and the money pool is getting bigger, your chance to ever get your investment back becomes lower. Once it's big enough for them, they typically just shut down the site or bump your queue number to the bottom of the list again.
