I have had seen many in their early teens asking what jobs they can do online to make extra pocket money, the things I know are usually for people 18 and over, but what about those under 18?

I have adviced one person who I know personally to try writing articles and selling them online, what other ideas do you have?

I was actually going to suggest writing as well. I know that there are a lot of sites that will allow younger people to work with them. The thing is that you have to read the terms of use carefully.

One of the sites where I spend a lot of my time is bubblews and I know that is a site that will allow younger people to work with them. I think that swagbucks will allow a person to be a member if they are 16 or over.

Really, the main key is to simply read the terms of use and do a lot of research.

I think the site Swagbucks accepts people under 18 so I would probably check it out. I know there are more websites that accept teenagers but I cannot remember names right now.

I noticed that teens can earn on Fiverr as long as they offer any kind of service, because I saw someone who's only 17 and offering some writing gigs, so you might want to try that site out if you are good at something.

Fiverr is great for teens, because they can "create" their own job and do what they are better at. With a little originality, young people can make a good amount of money on it.

You can definitely write articles on various content producing sites no matter how old you are. If you're willing to put some hard work in then Hubpages is definitely a good place to go. You can earn through Google Adsense, their own proprietary ad program, and Amazon by writing Hubs. Do keep in mind it can take a little while to see real earnings but if you stick with it the money will come. Webanswers.com is also a pretty good place to go.

I think writing articles is the best way to go for teens. Most sites accept everyone, although you do get some where you have to have a degree. A lot will also ask you to write an article up front on a given subject so that they can assess you on your skills. I have heard "get paid to click" works but I have never tried it myself.

Some teenagers have become famous on youtube, and the ones who have ads on their videos make quite a bit of money. It might be a good form of self-expression, too.

What about postloop? Forum posting work is good for some side pocket money. Haha

It will also help you gain general knowledge from reading and interacting on forums which will help out with your article writing skills in the future!

I think forum writing could be a good start as well. As long as their grammar is good they should do alright. It's not like they have to sit there and suitably construct a 1,000 word article on real estate trends. Effective writing means starting small and "learning you   r way up".

There are lots of things you can do if you have the patience. Ex: PostLoop, Swagbucks, things like that. YouTube is a bit of a gamble because if you don't make it with your videos, you aren't going to make any money. It's fun and everyone loves a good video, but I wouldn't suggest it for a few bucks here or there.

Postloop.com is a great website for forum posting. I haven't heard of Swagbucks before but based on everyone's comments  I will definitely check them out. Thanks everyone! :) Best wishes.

There are many forums out there that will pay people a small fee to post. But it is up to the teenager to fish around and find the best forum to make the most amount of money on. The problem with a lot of these websites, is that you need a Paypal account in order to make money, and you need to be 18 in order to have a verified Paypal account. So I am not sure what teenagers will be able to do.

Your best bet would be writing for money, as others have mentioned already sites like Postloop and Bubblews are great. The latter is iffy though as it takes a long time to receive your redemption money, but so far I have always received mine (last one took 18 days).

You could also try various Android/iOS apps, that pay money for viewing ads and watching videos. But unless you have unlimited internet traffic, you could end up paying in phone bills more than you can earn.

Swagbucks is okay but it can get a little boring. There is a lot of stuff to do, but at the same time it's like there's nothing to do. If you want to have fun and make a few dollars while doing it, then go ahead. It's too tedious for me, personally. :(
